Is there a question here? I am downloading Windows Server 2012 right now and will test it with Windows 8.1 (the ISO will be available tomorrow). From what I gather it will support for VMware and Virtualbox VMs - I could be wrong about this.
When I had Windows 8.1 earlier "leak" on my machine (I no longer have 
) I found the nested 2nd generation thing and created a Windows 8 vhd.
Anyway I have a severe visula problem so I can't glean much from the screenshot
